Our electronic medical record, eClinicalWorks, has the ability for our patients to log on to eClinicalWeb and conveniently access their own medical information anytime, anywhere.

If you have not activated your own Patient Portal ID and password, call our front desk and they will send you an email to get you started today.

Using your secure portal you will be able to:

View your personal health records

Review your medications, lab results, and allergies

Review your recent financial statements

View the date and time of upcoming appointments

Request appointments online

Email staff with non-emergent questions

You can now download Healow, the free app that works with eClinicalWeb. Healow allows you to have access to your child's medical information anytime, anywhere! On your iPhone or Android phone, you can access your appointment summary, lab results, vitals, manage medications, and other personal health data. The app will also allow you to linke multiple portal accounts and review all of your children's health content under one account.
