Dr. Jackson

Education & Interests

Dr. Jackson earned a bachelor of science degree in Biochemistry with a minor in Chemistry from Clemson University in 1998. Dr. Jackson received his doctorate in medicine from Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in 2003, and finished his Pediatric residency at Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston in 2006. He is board certified in pediatrics, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.

Dr. Jackson has a special interest in newborn care and young child development.


Dr. Jackson and his wife, Katey, have four children: Hannah, Luke, Simon and Jordan. They have learned many life lessons as a family and are always happy to share.


Dr. Jackson enjoys playing soccer, playing the piano, spending time at the beach and open water swimming along with a myriad of extra-curricular activities his kids are involved in.


Dr. Jackson and his wife also stress the importance of making time for Mom and Dad!
